Youthful Labz offers regenerative injection protocols that may include Prolozone, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) prepared from the patient's own blood, and biological allograft therapies used in accordance with applicable FDA regulations and human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/P) guidance.

We do not market, advertise, or promise that any regenerative injection — including biological allografts — will cure, reverse, or definitively treat any disease, orthopedic condition, or aging process. Where products are described on this website, we intentionally use conservative language such as "biological allograft therapies" rather than making disease- treatment claims. Individual outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Any regenerative injection is performed only after clinical evaluation, imaging review where appropriate, and informed consent that outlines the regulatory status of the product being used.

Certain medications and therapies discussed with patients may be used off- label. Off-label use is a legally permitted practice of medicine in which a licensed clinician prescribes an FDA-approved medication for an indication, dose, patient population, or route of administration other than those specified in the FDA labeling. Off-label use is not an FDA endorsement for that use.

Any compounded medication administered or dispensed through Youthful Labz Longevity Center is sourced exclusively from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities operating in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) as amended by the Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA).

503A pharmacies compound patient-specific prescriptions pursuant to a valid prescriber-patient-pharmacist relationship. 503B outsourcing facilities are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and manufacture compounded preparations under Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, including environmental controls, sterility testing, potency testing and endotoxin testing where applicable.

We do not source, dispense or administer compounded preparations from unlicensed, non-registered, or non-GMP-compliant sources. Specific compounded products, availability and appropriateness for any individual patient are determined only during a private clinical consultation.

Laboratory testing offered through Youthful Labz — including comprehensive blood panels, hormone panels, cardiovascular testing, thyroid testing, and the Youthful Longevity Blueprint™ epigenetic assessment — is intended to support individualized clinical decision-making. Results must be interpreted alongside symptoms, medical history, medications, physical findings, and treatment goals. Testing alone does not diagnose or exclude a medical condition.
