You enter the HOCATT® cabin fully clothed or lightly dressed with your head remaining outside the chamber.
Layer
Selected modalities — steam, infrared, transdermal ozone, carbonic acid, PEMF, microcurrent and frequency therapy — are layered over the session.
Breathe
Oxygen is delivered for inhalation during the final phase of the session.
